It's burdensome, but it's supposed to be. So maybe I should say "good luck" in addition to "congratulations."
[Lives were heavy things, so leadership ended up weighty as well in situations like these.]

['Soon,' it turns out, being relative. Even discounting the creative path he's forced to take to keep away from more of those harpies, it takes him longer than he'd care to admit to figure out that tracking fucntion. He'll conveniently blame the chaotic surroundings for that.

[ Being a natural busybody on top of being part of Red Team, Amber has had more experience with using the tracker, though she doesn't bother moving to find him despite his delay. It's not like the behemoth's leaving anytime soon by the looks of it.
By the time Ginko arrives, she's visibly exhausted with enough black blood staining her hair that it's turned a much darker shade of green. Gross. But she's miraculously uninjured despite small scrapes and bruises here and there and her focus hasn't wavered from her two comrades fighting in the distance. Ginko gets a nod but not a smile at his greeting. ]
